The Best Workouts for Men at Beachbody.com
During the winter months many people tend to forget about working out, but as winter comes to an end more and more people start to look for a way to lose their winter layers. Here are a few workouts from beach body that I found interesting enough to try myself. If you are looking for a way to obliterate the fat and get shredded fast, then any one of these best workouts for men will work perfectly for you.
P90X Extreme Home Fitness
P90X was created by Tony Horton and has gone from strength to strength in the body-building world because it is made to work with a P90X schedule designed for optimum performance. In the system there are three schedules that you can fit into your workout routines, so whether you are just starting out or if you are seasoned your training regime you will see results from P90X.
There are a number of schedules in the P90X box set that you will receive with your purchase. The schedule you use depends on the results you want to see. I tried the Doubles Schedule and was very happy with the results I saw at the end and the pump I felt after each session. Tony Really pushes you to feel the burn. Other schedules in the workout include The Classic Schedule and The Lean P90X Schedule. The point is to start out with the Classic and then work your way up to Doubles, which sees you doing 2 workout sessions a day. It really works!

These are both really good workout programs designed and tailored by the best in the business. These workouts are made to do at home, so if you are looking to go to a gym these programs are not for you. Tony Horton’s P90X is very versatile and you do not have to use heavy weights for it. In the video Tony himself makes use of tension bands. This means that you will probably get more of a PUMP from Les Mills’ program considering that it is made to build muscle. However, if you are looking for an all round cardio and strengthening workout the P90X is the way to go.
